Stainless Steel Rebar

In the harshest environments, Stainless Steel Rebar is specified to minimize or eliminate the possibility of rebar corrosion and concrete spalling.

Typical locations include coastal seawalls, exterior multi-level parking garages, bridge decks, wastewater treatment plants, or highway overpasses. Stainless Steel can offer resistance to corrosion that will last without compromise or expansion for over 100 years.

It also provides very good structural capacity and has excellent resistance to fatigue. Strength and durability allow for a maintenance free lifespan. While initially more expense in the construction phase, this long-term low maintenance capability often outweighs the up-front cost.
